For first-timers, this includes preliminary work by email to establish and clarify your goals and questions; for everyone, it includes emails from you as you accomplish your goals and defeat any obstacles with new tools and skillful support, weekly emails from me throughout each month and two half-hour Zoom video chats each month.  A LOT can get done in three months!
