I stand for transformation: A stepping into the shoes of who we’re meant to be, transcending the programming pushed down on us, accepting our true destiny, embracing and expressing the vibrant human form of lifeforce we really are. My coaching promotes self-actualization, manifesting of goals, and creative freedom.

Our life is not segmented, but like a prism which reflects every aspect of ourselves; that’s why my coaching encompasses the whole of life. It gets right to the heart of creativity and includes the areas of creative flow, career, psychological and physical well-being, and comfort with and effectiveness at defining and manifesting important goals. My practice is both holistic—encompassing the whole person and their environment—and integrative—utilizing solutions from many paradigms as well as my intuitive gift.

The purpose of Elena’s CREATIVE SANCTUARY is to foster real community among people who have big dreams and creative goals. It provides an underlying current of support in expressing yourself creatively and manifesting your dreams. This creative community welcomes all nationalities, genders, orientations, and ethnicities. It includes workshops, work-togethers, automatic writing exercises, other methods for connecting with the wisdom within, and support building features. Elena Greco is a creative and healer who has a lifelong commitment to self-actualization for herself and others, and most of all, to promoting the power and flow of creativity in all of us. Her unique abilities as a sensitive and her desire and intention to help others transcend suffering and discover their truth allow her to relate to her clients on a deep level.

She has a keen interest in creative expression in all forms. She believes strongly that sharing our creative arts is a simple but extremely powerful means of enhancing communication and understanding, and that expression through the creative arts drives human evolution and therefore deserves and requires our respect and support.

As a multi-discipline professional musician, performer, writer, amateur photographer, and former visual artist herself, she brings her understanding of the need for expression through the arts to her coaching work. She knows the cost of living in this world as a creative artist. Creatives don’t receive a lot of support from society, as a rule, and their lifestyle is often a particularly difficult path to tread.

Elena spent years training with the best in the helping-arts fields so that she can help you to be your freest and most creative self, while making your mark in the world and experiencing personal fulfillment. Her background includes decades of experience and training in leading groups and working with individuals. It combines obtaining certifications in a variety of healing modalities and a lifetime of focused study in the areas of creativity, counseling, healing, coaching, psychology, addiction recovery, trauma, communication, meditation, Ayurveda, nutrition, herbology, and the body-mind relationship. Yes, that’s a lot, and that’s because Elena is committed to helping.

She’s done advanced training in Creativity Coaching with Eric Maisel, the founder of that field. She learned the nature and practice of true healing with Kamala Hope-Campbell, a noted Australian healer who worked and trained with Stanislav Grof, Timothy Leary, and John Lilly, and achieved certification in BRETH™ with her. She was trained and certified in MariEl™ healing by Ethel Lombardi, one of the ten original Reiki healing masters in this country. She also obtained certifications in CranioSacral® Therapy, Bach Flower Remedy® use, CPR, and First Aid. In the realm of creativity, she respects the work of Steven Pressfield and Kenny Werner. Meditation teachers she particularly aligns with are Adyashanti and Peter Russell. Elena has extensive experience with the Twelve Steps, ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics), and Kundalini Yoga, and she completed video training in Directing the Actor (with Nina Foch). She holds a degree in Counseling and Human Development. The work she does and teaches is a synthesis of all the teachings she has studied and practiced fused with her own innate talents.
